Meet Patrick
Hello! I’m Patrick… h ere’s how my journey in the world of music began. . . 
About 1957 my parents took my brother and me to a Les Paul and Mary Ford dinner-house performance. Well that was pretty much it – my brother and I had to have guitars! Our Mom and Dad were fortunate enough to purchase Gibson guitars and really, I’ve loved the guitar ever since. My parents not only invested in Gibson guitars but were also wise enough to hire a private guitar teacher. I took guitar lessons from about age 8 (see my photo below) through 14. By age 15 I started my own rock band playing 60’s rock music (Beatles/Rolling Stones/Zeppelin/Doors/Dylan, etc.). After high school I continued playing professionally (*see early band photo below) in the band and also taught private guitar lessons – paying my way through college. That’s when I developed an accelerated teaching program that didn’t cut corners. In fact I’m currently authoring a How-To Guitar Instruction Book (”TEACHING THE TEACHERS“).
